The recruitment specialist said the new platform has been developed in response to continued wage growth across the sector and growing pressure on businesses to make informed decisions on recruitment, retention and budgeting.

The tool combines data from C&M Travel Recruitment with figures from the Office for National Statistics, allowing companies to compare salaries across different travel roles, track pay trends over the past decade, and assess regional differences across the UK.

Barbara Kolosinska, Co-Owner and Managing Director of C&M Travel Recruitment, said the launch comes at a "challenging period" for many businesses with "every penny being watched".

"We've been looking to create a tool like this for some time, and we're delighted to now be able to launch it," she said. "It allows businesses to compare themselves against their competitors, and drill down into data for specific travel positions in specific areas across the UK.
