Passengers travelling to and from Scotland and Northern Ireland are facing delays today after an air traffic control problem in the region.
Glasgow airport and Edinburgh airport both confirmed that they were experiencing problems.
"We have managed to reduce the forecast delays significantly and we are now working on bringing service levels back to normal as soon as possible," said air traffic control operator Nats in a statement on its website.
"We apologise sincerely for any inconvenience."
