The Manchester-Rotterdam service will begin on February 8, 2016, when it will operate twice daily on weekdays and daily at weekends.
Flybe will start operating the flights from Birmingham to Rotterdam from September 5, 2016, with further schedule details due to be announced next month.
Paul Simmons, Flybe’s chief commercial officer, added: “We are committed to offering the widest possible range of flights from local airports particularly via our main hubs at Birmingham and Manchester.
“The Birmingham route in particular will provide convenient connections for passengers travelling to or from Belfast, Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow.”
