Willoughby was master of ceremonies at the launch of Bellissima in Southampton earlier this month and donned the strapless black and white tulle dress by Monique Lhuillier for the festivities.
Reuben’s Retreat was founded in 2012 by travel industry professionals Nicola and Mike Graham after the death of their son Reuben from a rare brain tumour.
The Derbyshire-based charity aims to relieve the distress of families and their close friends who have suffered the bereavement of a child or have a child suffering from a life-limiting or life threatening illness.
Services at the retreat include counselling, support groups, activity and therapy days, short breaks for children and bereavement breaks.
In support of Reuben’s Retreat, Willoughby has gifted the dress to be raffled and every £10 donated equates to one place in the prize draw.
She met also with Nicola and son Isaac during the naming ceremony of Bellissima.
“As a family, and representing Reuben’s charity, we were absolutely thrilled and delighted to be part of the prestigious naming ceremony of MSC Bellissima," Nicola said.
“Following this amazing event to then receive support from Holly Willoughby in this way was the icing on a very beautiful cake.
"We managed to steal a few minutes with her and she was so kind to Reuben’s brother Isaac and shared some lovely mum words with me too, as well as her condolences for our insurmountable loss.
“We are honoured and privileged for the support we have received and are so grateful to MSC Cruises for your friendship, love and support.”
