Harvey, who joins from advertising agency Designate, replaces Steven Seddon who left Kuoni to join river cruise and tours specialist Scenic.
At Designate Harvey worked on campaigns for clients including Mark Warner, TravelZoo and Disney as well as working on the Kuoni account.
