The company stopped operations in the country last February, due to security concerns following political volatility and a series of bombings.
Despite the hit in its turnover, the company was able to hold its prices and improve profit margins.
Accounts filed at Companies House show Mark Warner achieved sales for the year to October 31, 2016, of £36.4 million - down from £42.7 million in 2015.
During that period passenger numbers fell from 40,956 to 33,121 and pre-tax profits slipped from £645,000 to £527,000.
In its group strategic report, Mark Warner said bookings for this summer were “encouraging” with Greece and the western Mediterranean performing strongly, adding: “The directors are satisfied that the group’s ongoing cash requirements can be met for the foreseeable future”.
