Twenty-one year old Grace Taylor was located at Krabi airport, where she was reportedly being cared for by an officer from the tourist police, the BBC said.
Dorset Police confirmed she had been found.
Taylor, from Swanage, was reported missing after she failed to contact her family in five days, according to a Facebook post by her mother Sam Taylor.
A later post also described her as “stressed and frightened” at the airport.
