WorkAdvisor was launched six weeks ago and already includes reviews from staff at Thomson, Barrhead Travel and Carnival among others.
Simone Clark, Iglu.com managing director, said: “We always seek feedback from our team and WorkAdvisor allows us to do this all year round and understand where we are getting it right and where we can improve.”
He added that Iglu would use WorkAdvisor and TTG for recruitment purposes.
