The three consumer-facing websites will be redesigned to convey “more personality”, said group marketing director Si Morris-Green.
“The new sites will really focus on video content, so that visitors are not reading, but watching", he said. “We want to tell your stories to the world.”
It was also revealed that all four of The Travel Network Group’s brands are to be rebranded.
‘We’re going to be talking to members to ask, for example, is the Worldchoice brand still fit for purpose? And the TTA brand hasn’t changed since 2007,” added chief executive Gary Lewis.
“We’ve got a fantastic business model, but we want to ask: should we join the [four sister brands] up slightly more, so that you can tell they are related to The Travel Network Group?”
Morris-Green claimed that with a marketing team of nine, The Travel Network Group now has the largest marketing support team of any consortia in the UK.
“We are now spending 13 times more on marketing now than we were three years ago,” he added.
The Travel Network Group’s corporate website is also to be rebranded and relaunched, with a focus on telling members’ stories.
