Chief executive Andy Stuart revealed the move to TTG. “It’s always been a very open area, but we looked at it – the management team as well as feedback from the guests - and we thought about it.
“We didn’t want it to become an area where people aren’t gaming, they’re just smoking. So we found a large area [within the casino] make into a smoking area,” he said.
Stuart said the aim was to have it constructed within the next three months, with a possible plan to roll it out to other ships if it proved a success.
