Sherborne moves over from his current position of director of national partnerships for Carnival UK.
In his new role, Sherborne will be responsible for all P&O’s agency sales revenue including the management of national and retail partner accounts and partnership development teams.
As part of the restructure, Shane Riley will take the role of director of trade engagement and onboard sales for P&O Cruises. He is currently director of retail, new business and onboard sales for Carnival UK.
The changes will come into effect on December 1 with P&O also recruiting for a director of distribution role.
Sherborne and Riley will report to Carnival UK’s vice president of sales Alex White who will become P&O’s vice president of sales and distribution once the line’s structural changes have been finalised by the middle of next year.
