Griffiths joins the Greek resort specialist from Saranta Associations following spells with Grecotel and prior to that, Sani/Ikos Resorts.

She will link up with Sales Manager Miranda Boura, who has been leading on Ella's relationships with the trade since 2023, "to drive trade growth and strategic partner initiatives".

In her new role, Griffiths will focus on growing Ella's distribution network across retail travel, homeworking networks and through tour operators.

Ella said her appointment underlined its commitment to bolstering its presence throughout the UK travel trade, increasing brand awareness and driving key commercial partnerships in what it describes as "one of its biggest markets".

Griffiths said she joined at a pivotal moment in Ella Resorts' international expansion. "I look forward to working closely with our valued UK travel trade partners, sharing our vision, and driving strong, mutually beneficial growth across the market."
