Park joins Audley from Canadian Affair and will look after agents in Scotland, Northern Ireland and the north of England.
She brings more than 12 years' industry experience to her new role with the tailor-made specialist.
Audley has also appointed Nikki Bharaj to the role of Trade Partnerships Executive. She joins Audley's trade team from its global travel team.
Park started her career with Thomas Cook and later worked for Virgin Holidays and Dawson & Sanderson.
She went on to work for holidaycottages.co.uk owner Travel Chapter before spells in trade sales with The Travel Department, and latterly Canadian Affair and American Affair.
It was at Canadian Affair and American Affair she took on the operator's Scotland and Northern Ireland brief.
Greg Thurston, Audley Travel’s Head of Trade Sales, said: “We are delighted to welcome Lucy to our growing trade team at Audley Travel.
"Her appointment has come at a really exciting time for the business as we continue to grow deeper and more meaningful relationships with our trade partners through initiatives, such as our agent members' club Kindred, Future Faces of Luxury Travel training and our expanding cruise programme.
"Lucy has some fantastic connections with travel agents in her region and her experience makes her the perfect person to share Audley's unique approach to tailor-made travel with our trade partners in Scotland, Northern Ireland and the north of England."
Park added: "I can’t wait to connect with our agents, working in partnership with them to develop their luxury sales and create exceptional tailor-made travel experiences for their clients."
The role created for Park sees Audley's Lisa Burton assume responsibility for the operator's relationships with agents in central England and East Anglia, while Sarah Turner will be responsible for agent partnerships in the south of England.
Bharaj, meanwhile, will be responsible for supporting the trade team and optimising service for trade partners.
