Brooks-Wiggins assumed the role yesterday (Monday) following the departure of Amanda Darrington to Royal Caribbean International in April.
Brooks-Wiggins said: “I’ve joined Funway at a very exciting time as we are approaching 25 years in 2018.
“My focus will be working even closer with our key agents to deliver growth for our core USA and Mexico and Caribbean programmes, capitalising on the collaboration we have with key hoteliers like AMResorts, our longstanding relationship with Sandals Resorts, and new plans with Elite Island Resorts and many others.”
Prior to her one and half years as head of trade partnerships at Thomas Cook, Brooks-Wiggins was head of commercial and the merchandising sales team. She also held the role of senior key account manager for three years.
