The new permanent branch will launch on the department store’s sixth floor in February, following the opening of a pop-up shop on the ground floor on December 28.
The addition of Kuoni represents a first foray into travel for Peter Jones, which is owned by John Lewis.
It will take Kuoni’s store count to 17 located within John Lewis branches throughout the UK, and 49 in total.
Located next to the Top Floor Restaurant, the Kuoni at Peter Jones is described by the company as “the ultimate place to plan a special holiday, honeymoon or short break over a cup of coffee or a glass of champagne”.
The concession will have a team of seven personal travel experts who between them have travelled to 34 destinations within the last year.
