Johnson, who spent three years with the luxury cruise line, will become marketing director of Travelopia’s tailor-made division.
She will take up her new role on 2 March and cover Hayes & Jarvis, Sovereign, Citalia and Austravel brands, reporting to commercial and brand director Helen Adamson.
Johnson said: “I have really enjoyed my time with Silversea. Joining Travelopia, in the exciting sector of tailor-made travel, and at such a pivotal time for the business, will be a new challenge for me and I look forward to driving the experiential brands of Hayes & Jarvis, Citalia, Sovereign and Austravel forward.”
