Launching on June 13 and leading in at £99 return for the first week of sales, the airline is hoping to capitalise on renewed interest in the UK market for the Turkish destination.
The flight, which operates on Wednesdays and Saturdays, in initially in place for the summer season until September 8.
Turkish Airlines general manager London Celal Baykal, said: “We’re delighted to be able to launch this new route, as Turkey is set to welcome back thousands of British holidaymakers this summer.
“Here at Turkish Airlines we’re committed to widening our customers’ worlds by inviting them to visit new places and explore different cultures.
"We know Bodrum holds a fond place in British hearts with many owning second homes in the coastal town and we’re pleased to be making it that bit easier to enjoy.
"We hope everyone in the UK travelling to Bodrum this summer will have a fantastic time whether new to the town or a return visitor.”
