The existing sundecks on deck 14 are set to be repurposed with the addition of Vibe Beach Club. NCL said the space offers expansive ocean views, a private full-service bar, an additional hot tub, more than 50 premium lounge chairs and seven new private cabanas.
A new licensed Starbucks will be added to Norwegian Jade, offering the hot and cold beverages, seasonal blends and sweet and savoury food items.
The refreshed Thermal Suites on Jade and Gem now feature three times as many of the popular hot tile loungers, more centralised layout with an upgraded reception area, updated steam rooms and saunas, and new experiences.
These experiences include a Charcoal Sauna, an Ice Room, a Salt Room, an IV Lounge and Four Senses Loungers
Norwegian Jade will feature experiential showers and a plunge pool for cold-water immersion to accelerate muscle recovery and boost circulation.
Norwegian Cruise Line President Marc Kazlauskas said: “Listening to our guests and delivering exceptional experiences across our fleet is at the heart of what we do.
“These recent transformations bring some of our most beloved amenities to Norwegian Jade and Norwegian Gem, creating greater consistency across our fleet while giving guests more ways to personalise their vacation – from adults-only outdoor spaces to serene relaxation areas designed to help them unwind at sea.”
